Shipping policy

At Sleepylid.com, we partner with trusted shipping companies to deliver the Smart Sleepylid Eye Mask safely to your doorstep. We offer flat-rate shipping to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping Process

Once your order is placed, payments undergo verification and approval before shipping, which may take a few days. To prevent fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or that require further verification may experience delays or cancellations.

We typically require 2-5 business days to process your order and prepare it for shipping. Orders may take longer to process during major holidays or if there are stock availability issues (up to 10 days). Once your order enters processing, no changes (including address changes) can be made.

We ship only on business days (Monday through Friday) and do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates.

Tracking

All orders include tracking numbers. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Please note that it may take several days for tracking information to update. If your tracking number doesn’t update after 5 business days, please contact us at info@sleepylid.com.

While we aim for timely delivery, Sleepylid.com is not responsible for delays due to postal or customs procedures, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

Shipments to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees. These fees are the recipient's responsibility, and Sleepylid.com has no control over these charges.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, you will be responsible for the return shipping and any associated fees.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on your country’s import policies.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

Sleepylid.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your shipping carrier to file a claim.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. If your order has been processed, we are unable to retrieve or modify it.
