Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be reclaimed or resold, which is why all sales are considered final.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items
As all products sold by The Brush Master are digital in nature, no physical items are shipped and no returns or exchanges apply. This includes all brushes, presets, software tools, and any other downloadable content available in our store.
We do not accept return requests for items purchased on sale or for gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not facilitate exchanges for digital products. If you believe you have received the wrong product or a defective file, please contact us at info@thebrushmaster.shop with your order details and we will investigate and make it right.
European Union Customers
If you are located in the European Union, please note that under EU consumer protection law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content that has been downloaded or accessed, provided that you gave explicit consent to begin delivery before the cooling-off period ended and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would therefore be lost.
